Please understand that SFWA is a totally "volunteer" organization and we are simply not staffed with people who can answer telephone calls regarding questions concerning the Handgun Carry Classes. Answers which are listed on the "Frequently Asked Question" link above should provide the information you are seeking. Otherwise, you may email questions to Christina@mySFWA.com

IMPORTANT Notes regarding the registration process:

YOU do not need a "PayPal" account of your own to make a donation during the registration process. SFWA accepts payments into our PayPal account that you make online with your credit card, debit card with the Visa/MasterCard logo, or electronic check. (We have tried to change the "button" to say "continue" rather than show the PayPal message, but it is not possible.) So, please simply click the "PayPal Button" and you will be able to continue the online payment process.

It is not necessary to CALL to ask if seats are still available—as you begin the registration process you will be notified at that time if the class is full—plus, class registration is an electronic process that we can not access during telephone calls.

If you get an error message when you attempt to register a second person, it is usually because the computer will not let someone with the same email address register a second time.  Solution: use a different email address; or refresh your browser and try again.

If you do not receive a confirmation notice promptly after registering, please check your spam or junk mail folder. It may be that you have incorrectly entered your email address as well.

It is a good idea to print out a copy of your confirmed registration and keep it for your records. Remember pre-class donations are NON-REFUNDABLE but may be transferred to another person or class date.

If you prefer to send in a check or money order to secure a confirmed seat in a class, please mail your NON-REFUNDABLE advanced donation to: SFWA, PO Box 1062, Knoxville, TN 37901. Be sure to include your complete contact information including an email address (if you have one), the date and LOCATION of the class you want to attend, and a telephone number so that we may notify you that we have indeed received the information. If more than one person will be attending, we will need the names and contact information for each person.
